Includes complete planning for event and our attendance and oversight of event as well as any activities associated with the primary event. During the planning phase we recommend a variety of vendors to choose from, contact vendors to solicit prices and accompany client to meetings with prospective vendors. We take part in planning details with those vendors ultimately chosen by client. We attend the primary event as well as any activities associated with the primary event, such as a wedding rehearsal. We provide constant and thorough oversight at all stages of an event.
We are on site the day of the primary event to coordinate all elements making up the event. One month before the event, we meet at the site with the client and the caterer for a walk-thru. That same session provides an opportunity for the client to decide the specific hours he or she would want us on hand. The week prior to the event all vendors will be contacted to verify details of their involvement. On the day of the event we coordinate activities with vendor and other participants to assure that everything runs smoothly and conforms to the plans and wishes of the client. If the event is a wedding, we are present for the ceremony and, if applicable, a rehearsal in addition to the reception. Although Option Two does not include our participation in the selection of vendors, we would be happy to provide recommendations to the client.
